Privacy policy

Last updated 22 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Who we are

Drystone Digital is a trading name of OptiWork AI Ltd. Registered in England and Wales, company number 16482599, registered office 2 Park Dale, Menston, LS29 6LW. For anything in this policy, we are the “data controller”. You can contact us at hello@drystonedigital.uk.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your business name, what you need, your rough budget and your message.
  • Emails and calls. If you contact us directly, we keep that correspondence.
  • Analytics (only if you accept). If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised information about how the site is used, such as pages visited and the type of device.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, prepare a free preview. Our basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
  • To provide our services if you become a customer. Our basis is performing our contract with you.
  • To keep accounting and tax records. Our basis is our legal obligations.
  • To understand how the site is used, if you accept analytics. Our basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the website and the business: our website host, the service that delivers contact form messages to us, our email provider, our accountants and, if you accept analytics, our analytics provider. They only act on our instructions, or under their own legal duties.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry. If you become a customer, we keep records of our work together, and the accounting records that the law requires, for up to six years.

Your rights

You can ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to someone else. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@drystonedigital.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies by default. If we add analytics in future, we will only switch it on after you say yes in a cookie box, and we will update this page.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
