Legal
Terms
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms apply to the work Drystone Digital does for you. A written quote or proposal for your project will confirm the details, such as what is included and the price. If anything in a quote differs from these terms, the quote wins.
Who we are
Drystone Digital is a trading name of OptiWork AI Ltd. Registered in England and Wales, company number 16482599, registered office 2 Park Dale, Menston, LS29 6LW.
Quotes and prices
Prices on this website are “from” prices for a standard scope. Your quote confirms the final price before work starts. Add-ons such as shops, booking systems, wholesale portals and dashboards are quoted per project. Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment terms are set out in your quote.
Launch offer
The £399 price applies to a standard 5-page website for the first 5 businesses to sign up and pay. A place is only confirmed once you have accepted your quote. The free preview alone does not reserve a place. After that, the standard price of £499 applies.
The free preview
A free preview is built without obligation, so you can see your site before you decide. It is a sample of our work. If you do not go ahead, we keep the rights in it and will not hand it over or publish it.
Your content
You are responsible for the text, images, logos and other material you give us, and for making sure you have the right to use them. Please do not send us anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
Ownership
Once we have received full payment, you own the website design and the content we created for you. Third-party items, such as fonts, stock images, plugins and software, stay under their own licences. We may show finished work in our portfolio, but only with your permission.
Monthly care and hosting
The optional care plan covers hosting, updates, security and small edits. It is charged monthly. Larger changes are quoted separately. We will agree the notice period for cancelling the plan in your quote.
Third-party services
Some projects use services we do not control, such as domain registrars, Shopify and payment providers. They have their own terms and charges, and we are not responsible for their availability.
Our responsibility
We take care over our work. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, our total liability to you for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for it. If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
